Anyone could recommend bike transport from Devon to Surrey area? I bought TL1000r from guy in Devon and need to pick it up from him in van (bike is not roadworthy at the moment, therefore I can't ride it myself back home).
The delivery must happen over 6th or 7th July (saturday-sunday next week). It's roughly 190miles on motorways. cheers |

You got AA or similar with recovery? If no luck and you can make it not start or work you could go there and get recovered home?
Just an option if no other luck. I will ask my mate if he can remember the name of the guy who picked his bike up for him. He has a huge can and basically travels around collecting and dropping off bikes.

There's a company called the BLD group that does bike delivery I think. Maybe worth a shot. They have a few repair centres dotted about the place.

I recently bought a bike from Leeds (I'm in Bristol) so I hired a Luton van that had a tail lift. Worked a treat and cost me £80.
It just so happened that the buyer for my SV was in Manchester so I delivered the SV on the way to Leeds ![]() ![]() ![]() |

There is a chap on here called BikeTransporter, nice chap who does move bikes around. Might be worth giving him a shout to see if he covers that area.

Just borrow or rent a van. You don't need a tail lift just a transit and a plank of wood and a couple of ratchet straps
