Impact driver.

I've rounded one of those before and using the driver you should be able to loosen it enough to remove it without drilling.

The back brake on the SV is possibly one of the best out there (ok it need maintanence, but it stops very well)

I've always found the pointy rear brake too harsh if anything, although I have HH pads and a braided line on it.

Thanks for the tips folks, off to give it a good bashing with the Wife's help.

I know she can get the damn thing apart, it would just be nice if we could do it with as little damage as possible. Two new bolts are simple enough, new Master cylinder is less favourable.

WD40s always seen me right, only use I really have for it - whatever penetrating oil you've got really. (just wanted to eliminate the chance of jayne putting 10/40 on it )
