Nice bike, done a good job of the rebuild by the look of it. You've just given me incentive to drag my TS250C out and do something with it

Cheers!!

I've just (only just) got the wheels back from Hagon....they had them since April, they had trouble getting the rear rim apparently. But they've built me 2 beautiful wheels, so I won't complain.

Yes, it's cost me a bit, but I had one of these when I was 11 to use "up the woods".

Yeah, drag it out!! They are becoming VERY sought after! Not that I'm intending on selling mine when it's done.

Have you got a Suzuki Workshop Manual for it? Might be worth a try as the Yamaha Workshop manual for my '88 TZR125 has sections on both wiring loom routing and cable/ pipe routing.

I have a Haynes manual, but I haven't found anything in there for wiring routes. Only Cable (clutch, speedo, brake).

I was wondering if there is a more modern one available for it. I'll have a look.....
