Beware that way lies madness... you'll be getting an air filter, maybe a lowering kit, then you'll be looking at spinners and big rimz, init.

Aaaaww, very sorry to hear this guys, a hard decision to make. I'm in a similar position, have had to give up hope of getting a bike this year as im waiting to have a shunt put in that will hopefully stop me losing my eyesight. Obviously I never racked up anywhere near to 120k miles, but like you, have made friends and got heaps of happy memories to look back on.
