Not to sure about this one.
Surly HPI checks and a bit of common sense should combat fraud more than anything. I can understand the need for frames for legitimate purposes and have considered taking this route my self should the worse happen to one of my bikes. But I can see why this is being raised however, like with anything I would like to find out a little more information... Quote:

Would this cover custom frames by the like of Harris (I'm not sure whether or not they come with a V5)?
