Default 3.5mm jack to male 6 pin mini din cable?

Afternoon .org.

Can anyone help with this?.

I have speakers and mic in my helmet, they have a male 6 pin mini din socket. Just wondering about getting a cable with a standard 3.5mm (audio only) jack at one end to plug into my phone and a female 6 pin mini din on the other to plug into the helmet so I can listen to music on my phone without having to buy autocom or Bluetooth units.

Maplins said they don't do it, and Google answers with lots of different din sockets.

You could always make the cable up, a little bit of solder and job jobbed.

Maplins will sell you the audio cable and then you buy the 6-pin Din female end separately.

I'd like one of these too... though dunno if the systems would be compatible - mine comes with a cable to turn it into one of those tiny headset jacks to plug into the radio..standard?

Have you seen his attempts at soldering? Only marginly better then mine which are pethetic. True fact.
