But that just reminded me, I had to clean the number plate otherwise they wouldn't give me an MOT for it. I was really proud of the dirt build up on it as well. |

Re: My bike is so filthy
Summertime bike waxing is theraputic and fun.
Then, the weather closes in, the rain starts and good intentions go by the wayside. ACF-50 is applied and a certain "that'll do" attitude permeates ones being. The shiny bits resemble the black bits for months on end, then, the sun comes out and the cycle begins agan. Muc-Off de-greaser is sprayed and rinsed, shiny bits become shiny again, the memory of the paint colour is refreshed and the pride in the bike overwhelms the cold and murk. Polish is applied, autosol is rubbed in and so begins another summer of waxing and theraputic polishing. And no. I'd never pay someone to do it. Shame on you Ed. Pete |

Re: My bike is so filthy
I did say that I would treat my bikes this year to some ACF, but............................. Didn't happen. The Triumph is a lovely shade of black at the mo, but the SV is sat in the shed all nice & clean.......ish lol
