Passed, not even a minor, but I was VERY lucky.
Got to the training centre this morning, got on the bike, went straight into slow control as it had been warmed up for me. First two runs through the slalom and figure of eight were perfect. Next, emergency stop and hazard avoidance and both went well every time. Back wheel locked up on one of teh emergency stops, but he said I let off my back brake to correct it, so he was happy with that and I didn't do it again. Hazard avoidance was going super (LOVE IT) and then onto u-turns. Did 4 perfect u-turns in a row, then the instructor said, "Cheryl, show Andrew what I mean by counter balancing the bike with your body" so I set off again, concentrating on counter balancing which I normally just do naturally, forgot to look up and messed it up. Messed up another 2 and just completely clammed up, got nervous and lost all confidence. Had no more time to practise at the test centre, so went straight into it and luckily, it all came naturally again and I breezed through. Clocked 51kph on the hazard avoidance and 50kph on the emergency brake, so was lucky not to have to do one of those again...lol. Only one problem and that is I have to wait three weeks for a Module 2 test ![]() |

Thank you Bri.......I just totally tensed up this morning, my whole arms and my hands were in pain I was gripping the bars so hard. Had to give myself a bit of a telling at the test centre to calm down, breathe and take my time...lol.
Have to go put a big bow and balloon on Stretchies birthday present now before he gets home. It's not til end of April but he's getting this early.....you'll have to wait and see what it is though! |

You've done the hard bit now! Module 2 is easy really. Just dont screw up on indicators and break the speed limit (I did both and managed to get away with it!)
