Default Input Shaft Bearing Identification

The input shaft bearing in me engine is foobar. I need a new one, but which one do I order?

Part identification in the photo below, its the green circled bearing. It is on the right hand side of the case, nearest to the crank.

Now for part numbers use the diagram as linked below:

Parts fiche kindly supplied by RonAyers.com

And yes there is a point to this, replies will be accepted in the format of the part number or item number from the diagram.

The winner will receive the old bearing in the post once it is replaced.

If you've got that far & you've got to take it out to replace it, why not just look at the reference etched onto it once it's out?
What have I missed?

Could do but I'm getting someone else to do the swap as I don't want to risk damaging anything in the process. So I thought I'd order the replacement and then get it swapped.

Yep. The part I ordered arrived today. I ordered item 12 in the fiche
09262-17046 and that is what arrived. As according the the fiche it is the input shaft bearing for the right hand side. Unfortunately its the wrong part. I should have ordered item 13 part 09262-20116. This is due to the fact that the shaft is round the wrong way in the diagram.

Not best happy with Suzuki at the moment. The correct part is now on order.

Shaft and diagram are fine, they just swapped bearings. They should swap numbers on bearings and all would be right.

You could be right there. However shouldn't the drive retainer plate (item 3 be on the other side? Or am I getting things all confused now? Either way Suzuki have set back the rebuild by another couple of days.

38? it just sits there on picture, not for location purpose. Same with 39, it does not sit like that in bike.
Orientation of shaft and all gears is correct and in right relation to other shaft, it is just bearings that are numbered wrong.

Cool. I wasn't sure of the location of 38 until I put the rest of the engine back together. Which I can't do because Suzuki can't label their bearings correctly. Might email them about it...
