Monster 800? - SV650.org

Hi all,

Has anyone ridden a Ducati Monster 800? How does it compare with the Sv650?

Just curious.

I think I test rode an 800 Monster when I was shoping for a bike about 2 years back (Can't remember the exact model/ cc)

The ride was good, and it sounded nice even with standard cans. Plenty of power felt about the same as the SV. The riding position is a little different than the Sports bikes I'm used to and my arm went dead after 5 min!

Yea their stylish alright, but Ducati and relyability... need I say any more?
