Default Custom-made exhaust baffle

I have one of these:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mini-Round...item4168b379a0

And it is just TOO LOUD. Hurts my ears, and I'm sure the neighbours' too! Delkevic don't make baffles, so how can I make one myself? I don't want to make it as quiet as possible, but maybe take off about 20% of the volume.

Tips?

Bit of modifying to a universal one? Or maybe repack the wadding and add a shed load more whilst you're at it?

Just get one of the DB killers off Ebay & drill a hole in the tail pipe, bolt in, job done

I did this on a Scorpion can

You can make a DB killer .
But they need a good bit of padding inside the can to be effective.
