I went there twice as a kid in school, god knows how they worked that into the curriculum!?
From what I remember every things overpriced, but lets face it that shouldn't be a surprise. If you want to save a few bob take your own food. Other than that its much the same as any other theme park, so if you've been to Alton Towers you should know what to expect. Its quieter in the winter but still lots to do and plenty of people around. For a 9 year old she'd love it, when I went (14ish IIRC) it was fun but we went for the rides more than anything. You should be able to do everything in a day but with a young un in tow two days will be more than enough for the both of you. TBH theres far more things to do most of which you'll appreciate more than her (until a few years later) in the rest of Paris. HTH. |

We had 3 days there in 2005 with our youngest and her friend and I loved all of it - I was worse than the kids!
We spent a whole day in the main park, most of the next day in Universal Studios, and the third day going between the two. Best bits for us were:- Space Mountain Honey I shrunk the audience Star Tours Rock 'n' Roll a coaster (did that four times ![]() Lion King show - queued for about two hours, didn't know what to expect - show was brilliant Stunt show We also did a character lunch at one of the restaurants which was good. The parades and firework display are well worth seeing. Get there early and grab some 'fast passes' to jump the queues - my first job each morning was to run around the whole park grabbing fast passes from the machines ![]()

We went in time for halloween 2005, had a great time but it rained all day which slightly put a dampener on things ! if you,ve been to Disney Florida you will know what to expect, I was surprised at how good it was actually. Theres a ride there for little kids, a water ride where you you travel all the lands of the world, the theme tune is 'its a small world' I guarantee you will have that bl##dy tune in your head for months ! its good but a bit pricey

Personally I thought it was a little dissapointing. The general feeling was that we should of paid extra & gone to Florida.
You should really check out the science museum in Paris though, blinking marvelous place that, and easily accessable from the Metro (which stinks BTW). The proper name for the place is "La Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie" if you want to check it out, it's on the North East side of the city. It's a hands on science museum that my kids definately LOVED. We even managed to test out their medical facilities when my eldest took a train barrier to the head, best service I've had from any emergency medical team! |

If you get chance of a day in Paris you should also check out the Louvre, you may well have been but I thought it was awesome, Im assuming you,ve been to paris so you will probably have done all the touristy bits anyway.

I have a cousin who works in EuroDisney - so, there are years of expensive stage-school education gone to waste then.
