Oh, and I kind of decided to go A370, Barrow Gurney then to Wrington rather than A38 out of Brisl...so that bits changed too. Best just follow tomorrow, eh?

Hi gang,
haven't posted til now as I needed to see if my wife would be mobile enough to cope on her own..............well, just had the green light so if I turn up at this "Roo bar" for 1400 tomorrow, is it still the start point?
(Is there a real name for this bar so I can pinpoint it on my GPS ) as Whiteladies is a damn long road

SquirrelH will you already be in Bristol or are you travelling down from Swinders?

Its real name is The Roo Bar. Its Australian themed. Well, they sell Fosters anyway.
Its next to Clifton Down Train station, or there are directions at the start of the Bristol MoFos Thursday nights stickie thread.

Don't know whether this is still the plan or not. Bristol Bike show is on that day, so some people may be around earlier.

Good news on the green light.

The Roo is still the start point (as far as I know ) sure someone else will confirm. Yep that is the the real name of it, its about halfway up (or down) aim for the train station.

I'm in Sunny Swindon tonight, not sure when I'm heading down was thinking of going down a little before to have a wonder round the bike show.

Shall I bring my bike for this ride? Or just turn up in a car cos it's raining and just go to the pub?
