This little lot amounts to just over £3k including parts. Not a surprise when insurers declared X261ADB a total loss.

Thats new parts.

Quick look at that and £400* would get it back on the road. Another £400* would have it back to how it was.

So what are they offering the buy back at and how did you do it?

That list wasn't the full damage, I think they just wanted to prove that it was a total loss. Omitted, front forks inc internals, off side body panels, screen and I thought that the tank was dented

I took the money & ran

I bought a 2nd hand wheel recently for £50 delivered. £400 for a new one! Crazy money.

bought a used yoke off ebay (US) for an org member and they included new head bearings for free.
