I'm sure she is a lovely person in real life. On the TV she comes across as not knowing what she is talking about, she interviews the same riders and asks them the same things week in week out, if she asks a question at all in between all the flirting. She shouts and she talks to fast.

I wander if some of it is her TV persona though... I just find her irritating.

It just needs to be somebody who can ask sensible interesting questions. Has some knowledge of the subject. This doesnt necessarily need to be a pretty girl, or some eye candy. Just get the basics right. I want to watch the racing and listen to a decent commentary team.

The BBC manage to get the F1 coverage absoloutly spot on, I really dont understand who on earth they make such a mess of the motogp coverage.

Well I know my wife would be excellent at the asking questions bit *and* the actually knowing things (plus being pretty handy on a bike), just not sure about the being on TV bit!

I've asked her if she fancies a change of career.

Jane Omorogbe would be pretty good at it I reckon - She's a biker and enthusiastic about motorsport in general, already seen her do some presenting for ITV including the TT coverage. Pretty easy on the eye too...

Finally, I can't stand that woman. She can't present and can't interview, an absolute pleasure not to see covering MotoGP again.

As for a suggestions for who to take her place, anyone who's any good would be fine with me. Not sure about that Jane Omorogbe though, only seen her a few times covering motorsport, but she always seams to have an expression of amazement on her face?
