Thats why they have them. To get you to trade up and increase their ATV and to get you in to their shop to spend. They have it so although you can get the same stuff at roughly the same price in most supermarkets they want you to buy it from them with the enticement of these points systems.

i only have 1... the for the Coop. to add i'm also sick to the back teeth of cashiers asking if a want a loyalty card when i tell them i dont have on.

hhhhhmmmm think i'll get a shopping t-shirt made up with NO I DONT WANT A FEKIN LOYALTY CARD printed on the front so as i can just show them my chest when they ask. or some buisness cards with the same printed on them so i can hand it over when they ask my loyalty card.

LOL that's probably true (although we don't have Loblaws out West), but I s'pose now I'm married and not chatting up the checkout girls I pay a little less attention (which is not to say I wouldn't notice if the checkout girl was paticularly stunning).

I got the clubcard points for servicing my car. It's good because between fuelling up my van, food and car i get service + mot on my car from it. Not bad really seeing as £25 worth of points comes from fuelling my van.

And if your bothered about the loyalty cards just get the clubcard credit card easy.

I go to subway every weeek for work, so a sub card is perfect
