I think we'll find that out in one of the other episodes. Rimmer tried to ask her and she ignored it so probably she's something to do with the squid I reckon

I have to say I was very disappointed.

It just seams to be lacking the old magic. Looks like the script is the main problem, there weren't any jokes in it. I'll watch the next episode, hopefully it will pick up.

I thought it sucked a bit too, none of the belly-laughs that the old shows used to induce. Hopefully the next 2 will be better now that they've spent 30 mins setting up the story etc, but in that case why not make it a one-off feature-length episode instead?

Think I'll stick with the DVDs of the old shows...

That`s 30 minutes of my life I am never getting back , duller than dishwater , hope the other 2 episodes make up for it ..... looking forward to the "crashing through windows" Blade Runner parody .

In the bit where Lister went to the Grave type thing , was that beardy guy on the left one of the writers ?

I think I got exactly what I expected cos my expectations were low. If you had never seen any Red Dwarf you would think it was chronically poor, as it is it is just a classic in terminal free-fall.
