I got a strong "dejas vu" feeling coming on.
Anyone got one of those long lines with hooks on it?

Thats fine, you won't be missed, We have plenty of happy members, just a shame the sites increased popularity brings along self opinionated muppets such as yourself...

I didn't say you were going to bullie me ringpiece did I?

I seems that the 2 highest poster rule the roost eh?

I have nothing to 'drop' as you put it, I was trying to help another member out (as I've explained again and again) and your high post brother brings it upon himself to attempt to belittle me.

Read before you post.

No, it's your attitude. Just take a chill pill — Northwind is one of the most helpful and objective users of this site, never taking sides or putting people down.

It's an internet forum for goodness sake, not a contest to the death.

Sorry, I didn't know I had an 'attitude' or if I did I didn't mean it to come across here.

Nothing, it appears that SV1000s has gotten on peoples tits somewhat....must be the heat or maybe the fact that even Newbs (who've been riding over 20 years) have an opinion.....

I think (I hope) it's all settled now.

Thanks for all your help. I've loosened my grip a bit which has helped to stop the pins and needles a bit but I also havn't been commuting into London which might also be a cause - all those rubbish drivers might have me holding on for dear life. I'll try the knees thing too and also adjusting my seating position.

Cheers for all of your help on this.

On a random, I had my bike MOT'd yesterday and used the opportunity to test ride an 06 1000RR Fireblade and felt like a kid in a toy shop. That thing is an absolute bullet. Opened it up on the M4 and it was flying along - slightly scary but glad to have my SV back for now.

Also, have you changed the angle of the levers yet?
