Handy gadget
I did an oil change on the GSX-8S and found an annoyance. The clutch is so close to the filler plug that a funnel won't stay in place.
I thought: "why doesn't anyone make a screw-in funnel that matches the thread of the filler plug?" Apparently, they do: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166726484358 It fits the SV but I can't get at my GSX since it sits behind the SV, the filler plug is the same. (99.9% sure!) It's a 3D printed device with an air bleed hole (to stop burping?), isn't technology wonderful? If you're wondering the filler plug thread is M20x1.5.

Re: Handy gadget
Thats actually pretty cool.
It doesnt say what plastic its using as some are more oil resistant than others, but an interesting idea if only I knew where a 3D printer was... |
