Default Service manual download for a Focus 1.8 diesel?

Anyone know where I can download a service manual for a 2002 Ford Focus that covers the 1.8 diesel?

Cheers if you do. I can normally find a manual with a bit of googling but the only thing I have found after a lot of searching is a 400mb TIS file that I downloaded but it will not install.

Can't help with a download I'm afraid

But if you have a specific problem send me the details & I'll ask my Brother-in-law who's a Ford mechanic & who looks after our 1.8 diesel.

Thanks Andrew butnot after the service schedule. Someone at work has a noise that has started recently, always sounds, not just when warm/cold or under load. Had a listen and it's coming from the auxiliary belt.

Sounds like a pully coming loose, just wanted to know what to remove to get to them and which is which.
Cheers

What mileage in on the Motor?
The 2.0l ford diesels do need the aux belts done at around 70k and the pulley wheels and tensioners aren't the best.

Funnily enough it's on 70k. I've read that the air con pump come loose and needs the mounting bolts retightening.

Was going to get a new belt for him and see if it that needed tightening and if any of the pulleys were loose, then send him to the garage if it was anything else.

Cheers mate
