Default 2000 SV650S questions

I have the opportunity to buy a nice condition SV650S (2000) for about 3500$ USD..it's been dropped so the can is scratched but that's about it.

My question is thus:

I really dont like the total naked look on the under faring area. Does anyone know if there is an OEM or Aftermarket Underfaring for the 2000 V650s ?

Thanks in advance,
Cheers!

Yup, it be a bellypan you want!

Try;

Powerbronze, Skidmarx for a start

I have one and IMO they make the bike look better and keep your exhaust pipes and engine bottom a little cleaner in the Winter.

I have a SV650s (00) I'm on the lookout for some fairing lowers. I think they look much better than a belly pan and can be had from £120 from power bronze. Personally I going to hold out for so Suzi ones.

Suzuki lowers look the best IMO, but are more expensive compared to the Power Bronze ones.

Last time I checked Suzuki wanted around £350 for a set

But they can be found on ebay for around £100 - £120 and then resprayed as needed, but if you've got a standard colour then just wait around a little longer.

The Powerbronze lowers are pretty rotten by all accounts... The Suzuki (TCP) ones are solid, and come colourmatched, but they'e a bit funny looking. IMO the nicest lowers for the carbed SV are the Poly 26 ones, lovely.

If you want a bellypan- what some would call a chin spoiler or chin fairing- personally I rate the Pyramids one... It's very simple but looks good on the bike, and it's completely indestructible too
