Looking good, you happy with it?
I'd keep an eye out on ebay for some R&G's for a fully fared SV650. With a bit of luck you'll be able to pick them up for £30-40 quid.

Very happy, thank you very much! Colour matches perfectly, as new condition, brilliant job!

I'll keep an eye out for R&G's, but I've run out of spending money now so it's back to sainsbury's basics for me unfortunately for the rest of the year. It's worth it though!

I'm glad they match, there's always a small chance that candy's will have a slightly different colour.
It looks good, now just enjoy the last of the dry weather!

Nice seat
oooh after having a curvy, I get to post here now instead :p
Picked this up a couple of weekends ago, K6, previous owner in the past has thrown too much cash at bolt on stuff, some of which i`ll probably remove.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l210/leebex/DSC_1214.jpg
MTC can, Hel braided lines, rear hugger, GBmoto rear sets, pyramid undertray and belly pan, rear seat cowl and since the picture sunday, i removed the R&G black vinyl tape down the rear sides.
Next job, to change the exhaust, possibly get a grab rail and pillion bits that are missing, maybe remove the rear sets, normal length can and find an euclasse silver front fairing.

Fitted a Fuel can to my SV since my last pic, so here is an update:
Standard issue rocket launcher:

Crazy loud when I started it up to blow crud out:

Ahh... much better!
http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg268/kenzie2k3/DSCF5552.jpg
All the better due to the fact Bennetts kindly didn't charge me to add this on. I have three mods listed on my policy and they just put it in the notes.
Also, i know it's dirty and I know I can't cut straight!

@Galviniser, I had no idea it was on the bay!, I know it was on bike trader but was for sale in a garage where I done my CBT and my A2, I've got a chain but a ground anchor and Xena XX14 is definately on the christmas list. But I still want an alarm for it, I want one that makes them go deaf if they move it, suggestions? :D

Ahh fair enough, yeah well just remember to chain it to something, and don't get lazy, just that little bit extra time could save your bike, an alarm wold be good, I don't know of any, I was told a lot just randomly set off, but buy a decent tracker, it's worth investing in definitely, then you just install it and forget about it. No news, ill post all updates on my thread

The lights are from http://www.uniquemotolights.com/ but the website is down at the moment thay work Rely well thay are 6000k hid bulbs and I personally would nether go back to normal bulbs, the saying hid make night turn to day is true. The angle eyes are my side light and work well to. I made the instruction book for are bikes as he nether had one at the time and have all the pics of the install.
The lower fairings are from skidmarks and are fibreglass and sprayed by my good friend from illusion race paint his work is the best.
When the bike is put back together I will put up a pic of how it looks now as I have changed the look of the back end of the bike and exhaust to I love fabricating an I wanted this sv650 to be mine and not like any over Sv in the world that way no one will try to take it as it is the only one of its kind and easy fo me to see it unless thay burn it

to a point i don't care what it looks like as long as it does what it's told. TBH i like the looks of the bike with the snow plough but the suspension is shizz so off it came and on went the good bouncy bits :-)
i do 3-400miles every sunday during the season so it has to be comfy and reliable. i'm pretty much happy with the bike now so won't be changing much. it's also a test bike for all my parts.

I'm just not too keen on the length of the can, want something a little shorter but i must admit it sounds superb!
The colour certainly was a factor, i have been after an SV for a while, on a restricted license and i knew how popular they are so when i found a lovely example in the right colour i had to have it! just looking forward to some mildly better weather, if it stays rubbish i may have to get heated grips and just ride in the salty rubbish!
that can would look better with a higher link pipe. not a fan of stubby short cans myself, got rid of mine which came with the bike.

Hi
Thought I'd share my pride and joy with you.
Only passed my test two years ago. Had her for a couple of years but have just been getting to grips with her.
Soon the mods are going to start. Scorpion factory carbon exhaust ordered... hopefully be available to collect 2moro. Then I'll be sorting out a tail tidy for her.
Followed by a few other bits and bobs.... I'll be sure to post the mods up as I go :)
