I went for a wee blast today to see how I liked the bike as a naked. And I tried some off road riding along some dirt tracks, and did some hill climbing up in to these woods. Good fun. Bit scary going back down though :lol:

Went for a blast up glen clova tonight and went up a bit futher than I normally do, up towards glen doll. It's a really narrow valley with huge hills either side that just look so tempting to climb. It's really beautiful

I stupidly got it in my head that it wouldn't take that long to climb up and didn't look that steep :rolleyes:
An hour later I reached the top (I started at 8.30pm). Only had my phone for pics so not the best

On the way up I dumped my jacket cos I was roasting, then on the way back down I got a bit confused and couldn't find it for a while and it had my bike key in it :eek: but found it eventually. Oh and got a big blister on my foot now from my sidi's. It was well worth it though. You can't see it in the pics but the sun setting over the hills was beautiful

From this weekend. Beautiful scenery in really bad lighting.

The Autumn sun is a terrible bright glaring thing here for most of the day this time of year.
Bright as a high intensity lamp in direct sunlight and near dark as night in the shade/shadows. Makes for lousy pics.

This is Kinpurney Tower near Newtyle. I was trying to find a way up to it the other day to check it out but couldn't find a way. Got told that there is a small path leading up to it from a farm so went back today to have a look. It was a long walk up with all my gear lol :lol:

Random trip upto the Cat & Fiddle earlier this week. The roads were empty and the weather was amazing.

I felt guilty for having the bike 4 months and having never cleaned it. The bike was ditched, may not look it in the photo above to much but really it was. Covered in Mud, salt etc

So washed it the day after too... I even did the downpipes which were minging.

Ducati Carbon is poor quality, you can't see it in the pic but it's quite milky. It's got 2 years warranty so I'll moaning at some point to see if I can get a replacement set of cam covers.
