Does anyone know if the same switch is used for all years?
Mine's gone open circuit for some unknown reason so the lights always off. I only disconnected the wire and replaced it. Ive done full continuity checks so I know it's the switch, which I guess, is none serviceable. Any issues I need to know when replacing the switch? Thanks in advance. David |

I've had a quick look and I think so though I would advise you to satisfy yourself of that. I used the parts fiche at Ron Ayers to get the part number of a 99 model and compared it to an 06 model and they are the same. A reverse part number look up brings back a lot of results as it would appear the switch is used on a number of models.
As for replacing the switch no advise on that as I've never done it. |

Thanks for that I've book marked the link for future ref. I expect that lots of bikes use the switch which is always handy. Much appreciated.

Part no is listed as 37820-33D10 for future forum searches. Seems to fit lots of suzukis bandit, gsxr's etc.
Anyone fitted one? |
