im insured with carol nash so anyones experiance anyone has with them is greatly apreciated

any info anyone else can give me would be greatly aprecciated.

When I've had my accidents before (particularly the one time when I turned right an an old lady overtook on my right hand side to "avoid" me - thats what she said!!!) Carol Nash where very sympathetic and helped me out alot, even offering me a courtesy bike! Since its clear here who the fault lies with, you should get a good pay-out from the insurance company.

Write down in detail what happened. Not just a few lines, I mean several pages. Get your witness to write doewn what happened too, if you can.

Yea, good point. Sometimes injuries dont surface until a while later; no harm in getting checked out!
