Default Polishing Matte Black Paint Work?

Say I have a bike with Matte Black paintwork. There are some small age related marks on it. How would I go about removing them?

Ordinarily I would just use some T-Cut polish on gloss paintwork, but as its a matte black I don't want it to start to shine I just want to tidy it up a little.

A Matte paint sealant should do the trick. You want something that has 'fillers' in it to cover up the marks ideally

So any suggestions of a product I can use? This is something that I need to remedy.
