I am! It's not even too bad in Kent to be fair. Roads are clear just the pavements.

Saw someone on a 'old' bike yesterday, by which I mean probably 60's and I have no idea what. Despite the compacted snow he was trying to filter between the crawling cars - which were of course all in full control of what they were doing and perfectly able to avoid him if needs be.
He proceeded to slide sideways and come off stopping for traffic lights... lucky the car in front of me could stop as he'd filled the gap they'd left. |

I picked my bike up from central earlier, the roads are fine..it's cold but they're clear, it's just the pavements and side roads that're bad in my opinion. Just ride carefully and keep plenty of distance in front and behind and you should be alright

No chance, several inches of snow on the roads here. Can't even get the car out at the moment. We've 4 miles of back lane to get to the main road, and it doesn't get snowploughed or gritted.

Chap in my team came into work on his DRZ yesterday. Threw knobblies on it the night before in preparation. Wouldn't mind giving that a go. Couldn't ride my SV in this weather, main roads appear relatively clear but I wouldn't even be able to get off of my estate.
Did see a pizza delivery ped going slowly today, but thats pretty normal for them. Not sure how he was planning to negotiate the side roads. |
