I have always been polite and answer any questions directly, but slightly nonchalant about what they have to say as I don't want to hear the bollox that comes out.
Just pull me, tell me what I have done wrong and then book me or let me go. Don't give me a friggin lecture like I am 5 years old and you are 'better' than me!! Who do you think you are you w4nkers ... do your job (book me if you are gonna) then feck off!! ![]() |

I asked the guy who ran Bristol 'Safety' Camera Partnership the same question a couple of years back. His response was that it was perfectly fine to do to the point of him encouraging me to do it. After all he said they're not coppers, they're civilians. At most they will try and tell you you're breaking the law and all that but if you persist they'll just give up and move on.
However as a disclaimer, I've not done this one. I'm not a lawyer its up to you to make your own decision, your old enough, don't blame me... But photos please! |

My take on it is that you are entitled to park where you like if legal, but could be done for obstruction if you didnt move on when told to do so by a copper. You might get done for stalking if the scamera van moved and you followed it.
