LOL just what I was thinking, in fact I think MY undies have graced that very clothes rack as well at some point in the past!

That pasta looks great GG, I love the fresh stuff. Little bit of olive oil, plenty of black pepper and some fresh parmesan, nuffink else needed sometimes! mmmmmmmm

We make our own, it's totally different to anything you'd buy. I find that I'm really full after I've eaten homemade stuff.

+1 to that! I just made that raviolli tonight. I didn't use the rav maker, I made by hand as it's so easy. Filling was chicken and porcini mushrooms with lots of fresh thyme (next time I'll use a little mascarpone too) and the sauce was oven roasted tomatoes, them crushed with a fork and put in a pan with a little olive oil, the end piece of the last parmesan I had and the liquid from rehydrating the mushrooms and cooked it down. Chucked a load of fresh basil in at the end and topped with a few shavings of parmesan. I had 5 pieces, Dan and Squirrel_hunter had about 7 pieces each (about 2.5 inch squares) and we were full but not bloated...all plates cleaned.

Got a 9/10 from Stretchie and an 8-9/10 from Squirrel_hunter, so I'm happy!

All this talk of good food is killing me...

And I've just realised I've been living a deprived life.
I never had "home made" pasta.

GG... you always have the most delicious soundng recipes!

Stretchie..... you are a lucky man.
You may well end up being fat some day....but you're still a lucky man.

It was very good.

But I have discovered that raw pasta does not taste very nice, and leaves somewhat of an after taste. A lesson to be learned there.
