All a bit last minute as the missis said she wasn't going out then changed her mind at the last minute. Typicalio shizzle. That goldschlager stuff is probably what caused my memory loss as I've only just remembered it..
Anywho, AR discussion :) goldschlager at the AR anyone? :)

Red aftershock floated on Absinthe is better. They call it liquid cocaine, and I don't remember the rest of the evening after me and 8 others obliterated a bottle and a half of each! (along with a lot of other stuff!)

I've heard a few variations of liquid cocaine (one was absinthe and champagne and some other stuff) but I doubt it'll be a good idea at the AR lol:drink::pukel:

the creamy horrible cocktail was what was probably what caused my horrendous hangover but i dont care it was lovely
i feel ok now btw, hahahaha
so you're rather a deviant when it comes to drinking then, leading this poor unsuspecting man astray!

anything involving aftershock and/or absinthe whether they be mixed or on there own is a bad idea as far as i'm concerned, lol.

Not once you've bought a bottle of each!
Do we have a map of the route?
Nope.
And not your Avatar either... as that helps me in no way.
Why do you need it?
Anyway it changes quite regularly and depending on the weather

Cus if I find somewhere scenic and decide to stop, I won't have to panic and think I've missed the TEC. That's why I didn't want to mark this year, I wanted to do the ride but if I know where I'm going then at worst I can meet up with everyone laters. Its what I missed last year as I was so don't want to make that mistake again.
AR Week, AR Week
Anyone else getting excited?

come to think of it, I'd better get a map and find out where exactly we're meant to be going
Spiderman
27-07-09, 02:58 PM
Always handy to know where it is you are heading of course.
Or you could always just follow some bikes that have camping kit strapped to them and hope they are going to the same place as you.
Might take a while that way tho

Well depending on what time you guys are planning to set off you could always try and hook up with us Soho lot for the last part of your journey.
Some of us (the smart ones who took the day off, or have no job) are leaving london about lunchtime-sih and then those poor unfortunates who didnt or have to work for a living are leaving after 5.30ish.
Anyway, why beers before you get to the campsite? Thats not gonna aid your route finding is it

27-07-09, 03:29 PM
dizzy's got it right - A1 for miles, A14 for 70 miles, turn left at the roundabout and then drive 10 miles into the middle of no where surrounded by fields. then drive 20 mins down the road the next day and then hoon it down the A12 for the AR
simples.
spidey - beers the night before :D

As I said in the other thread, there's a Spar and a mini supermarket in Latchingdon, about 2 miles away.
We'll send out smoke signals if you like but I think a certain amount of technology has reached the Dengie Peninsular. The pub even has Wifi!!
