Trouble is with voting for a location is that then we need to find locals to help us get it off the ground, . I thought that was the idea last year, people voted for the presentation put forward by people prepared to put it on as much as the actual location itself.

It's not hush hush at all. The location is not yet confirmed. There seems little point in telling everyone it 'might' be here or there. As soon as I have confirmation it will be passed on. You are voting on the date not the location, I don't see what difference location makes to the date. If the location is not confirmed until after the poll has ended you will have lost your chance to select a date that would suit you better. Seems a bit of a daft thing to do. But it's your choice.

Let's set the records straight shall we.

There is a location in mind. That location was let slip but the comment removed. Why the secrecy? There isn't any. Why bother stating where we think it might be? At the moment the location selected is a might be. I am still waiting for confirmation on several issues before I can confirm. What ever you may have heard from others who saw the location, I would seriously take that with a pinch of salt. There is every possibility that location will be scrapped.

Now, can we please forget all about the talk of locations. I should have an answer for you all by the time the poll for the date is at an end. Hopefully.
