I managed to knock a dent out of my tanks paint when I was tightening the clutch lever bolt. Been putting some touch up paint in it and T cutting it smooth. Not sure if it's gonna work but at least its sealed rather than having exposed bare metal

I know that feeling all too well......but at the moment I have my team asking me "what can I do now"........show some damn initiative and suggest things to me. I wouldn't mind normally, but they all have degrees and are crazy inteligent young lads trying to impress......thought they would have come up with some things!

Instead - I am giving them all the nice little projects I have had to put off at busy times......now leaving me with nothing to do!!! :D

Oh I never lie, just always manage to elaborate in a way that covers my back. Always. If something is genuinely an issue, he would know straight away via other means.

The problem we have, is that for half the year I need the team to do crazy long hours, the other half its dead as a dodo......so when really quiet I have to keep them going with bits......can be a balancing act. If mgt were aware, then someone would be moved - which meant we would be up a creek without a paddle when busy again.
