I have my 1st of 2 hip operations :( as it seem to much exercise breaks you. Still by summer after all fixed ill be walking better, running and able to ride again :). Been a crap year, can count on 1 hand the times i used the bike.

Then a work from home day tomorrow as the Southern Electric are changing my meter for me as I am changing tariffs.

Then Friday its works Xmas Do Day - starts about lunchtime, finishes sometime on Saturday, home for a couple of hours and a change of shirt and its off back out to meet a couple of mates for a drink or two before headingto the Soho Massive Xmas thang.
