Hmm, my brekkie involves:

8 egg whites
1/2 pint of skimmed milk
3 weetabix
1/2 banana
1 scoop whey protein powder

Mix it up in a blender and down the hatch.

Yum and fills you up for about 3 hours (well me anyway).

Much less hassle coming on the train, more relaxing. Coming up from plymouth on a 125 wouldn't be so nice, and I'm not sure how confident she'd be yet with a 4 hour ride on the SV.
