i must admit i don't normally do revenge but I may change the habit of a lifetime. I keep forgetting about it I'm not good with grudges. Very rarely forget those who have crossed me but don't do anything except a severe tongue lashing. I'm sure i'll calm down eventually. I believe he knows but then I wouldn't trust him if he told me today was Friday

I'm doing it because to lug my 15 stone bulk up a steep hill takes more power and more effort. If I shift some weight I can climb faster for longer as it takes less power.

I've never really cared whether people thought I was fat. Liz told me the other week I had nice legs thats good enough for me. :cool:

Hope noone thinks I was sounding really shallow. I was explaining my attraction to the leather biker look!!! Just read that back and it didnt sound right - foot in mouth syndrom again.

Im the first one to admit Im carrying a few more pounds than I should be. Lost over half a stone already and got another half a stone to go ideally.
