job evalution - thot that my job was overvalued so they reckon they can train me up to get me up to a higher grade. but with complete restructure there no guarantee of any job

Well, I cant speak for others, but I think im on the whole pretty much ok. Working back at kingston uni is really good. My SV is on the way to being as good as new (gonna get a new rear shock in by saturday and then at some point I'll go through the wiring). rode with no ear plugs today cos my ears are hurting, and my engine sounds really sweet and smooth and nice so that makes me feel reassured.

hopefully young ryan will settle down...my brother and sister-in-law have another baby on the way, thier daughter (now two) has been and still is good with regards to sleeping and stuff, but even so she kept mum and dad up everynight for a while!
