I can feel the F***ING BROKEN-NESS of my Abs! Went with Yorkie Jones (chris, he doesn't come on here that much but will be doing more rides this year now he's got a brand spanker kwak z750)...

It's his birthday next month (wrong side of 40) and I was winding him up saying he must be nearly 50... = me doing about 5000 sit ups with 10kg ball AFTER 1200kcals worth of rowing/running/cycling and x-training...

I've had muscle strain before but I think I may have actually smashed something. He was even laughing in my face while I was doing it all... bastrd

At nearly 40 yrs old Peggy P did thirty 50kilos, twenty 60kilos, and ten @65.
Half hr on free weights.
Half hr on treadmill.

He will do more depending how he feels.

Looked at it yesterday, made a list found a place with a whole fairing kit tank headlight and rear subframe and he wanted a ton for it me thinking bargin, spoke to him he said, little bit of damge to the front cowl and rear fairings but nothing major, go and look at them and the front cowl instead of curved like it is at the edge, was flat on the right hand side like it had been sanded occompained by a crack near as well, both rear fairings were damaged as well of which he said only one was so i said no and left empty handed

It could certainly be repaired but unfortuantly theres not really any one in my family who is that good and really i want to try and keep the cost down as i want to sell the bike after i repair it.
