Filiet. I love rich beef gravy though :)

I just googled the recipe and it pi$$es me off so much. It's not exactly realistic for the average family shopping on a budget to buy a 700g beef fillet. It's also very possible to make a gravy from the beef. Just brown the fillet til it sticks in a large heavy frying pan, transfer to a roasting dish to roast and deglaze the frying pan with some red wine or just with beef stock. Add a little roux to thicken and more stock and season to taste.

Better off using maybe Partridge for a quick roast. They should only cook for 20 minutes, no more and with 10 minutes resting to make a gravy from the juices, they'd be perfect.
