+1. I used to work 100hr plus weeks and if you can't switch off then when you get a chance, you're stuffed.

Nic, I've noticed just in the last year that you are better at switching off when you leave. I always look at it like, if I got hit by a bus...the job would still get done by someone else and everything would carry on without me...made it much easier for me to leave work at work.

He has been. He's also been warned about his behaviour in public by me to.

Experience would lead me to believe that not much is going to change as he doesnt see that he has done anything wrong and the fact that he "Gives a large discount on all orders" means he feels like he can call the shots, which is simply not the case.
