Thank you guys. Yes Rob, today is dragging!

Dan and I have no TCP in the house, or anything that smells remotely like it, yet, when we got home at gone midnight last night, I went into the bathroom in our bedroom and it smelled really strongly of TCP. Still does. I told Dan and he'd already been in there and said he smelled the exact same.

It won't go away. I have a bottle of Cif in there, a shower spray and a bottle of domestos, none of which smell like TCP and yet we have this really strong smell. It's most weird!

GG.....googled it quickly and got the below....

hi, if you have been bleeding your radiators there can be a strange smell which is not to disimilar to tcp , if this is the case its caused by corrosion in the heating system IE rusting from the inside , when bleeding the radiator the air coming out can actually be ignited by a lighter (honestly) it just gives a small flame and is harmless as its only a small pocket of methane which can gather in the system. rust inhibitors can be added to overcome this which is done after flushing the system

Cool, only problem is, none of the radiators in the house have been bled or even touched since we moved in and we've now been here 6 months. Also, we haven't had the heating on since June. Not even once. Just have the hot water on. If you've been here you'll know how warm the house is anyway, we just don't need it.

The mystery continues. Oh, and the radiators in that bathroom are only about 2 years old.

yes drew! That's what they all think! You can chase them for weeks to get what cars they would like to start gaining quotes for them... and I mean weeks.... they then chase you within a day of if you have got the quotes yet! Sooner my work diary can prove we need a real HR, payroll and employee benefits person the better... then I can do what they pay me to do!

Thanks everybody, I have said sorry to him like my boss told me to do and said that I will talk to the leasing company every day to check on the date for him... and everyday I will send him an email saying "still due at the dealership end of september" (lets see if I can annoy him!) It's his own fault, shouldn't have order a Volvo.... mercedes, and BMW's I can find the cars easy with are direct agreements and get stuff added so can have them within a month two at max!

But don't get me started on Audi's we are looking at April deliveries for cars placed now! :rolleyes:

i was knocked off wasn't i about 4 weeks ago. by a woman with no insurance.
and about 10 days ago my bad knee which i have had previous surgery on (wires) gave way. and i think they have dislodged them self I went to a and e but they just gave me a brace to keep my leg straight and some crutches for a week until I go today to see the specialist who carried out my op last year.

thats what i normally do but i need to style this so wheni'm at work or going out i need a dryer but otherwise i will let it dry naturally - going shopping tomorrow to get some blow dryer spray and some make up too
