There was me thinking I was doing well with only working Tuesday and Wednesday next week.

So 3 day weekend, 2 day week, 5 day weekend WOOHOO!!!

Only downside is that this weekend will mostly be spent packing, next Thursday will be spent at Essential Rubber MOTing the Zed, Friday I get keys for my new place and Saturday I have to move to sunny Croydonia.

Mmm - 18 mths off ,learning to walk again, missing the millenium celebrations tho the thing that really hurts is not being able to work in the industry again (that and the fact my alternative employemnt offered was in Watford!!)

Whose harebrained idea was that? I can see that being a total disaster as the less confident riders get separated from the main group and decide at 8pm that it's just about 100 miles too long.

I have 75mg and 25mg tablets. Take two 25mg tabs up to 3 times a day. Not every day but I do normally have at least two a day. Take 75mg when knee is really inflammed.

Perhaps that doseage isn't strong enough to experience any effect like that! Was on diclofenac and strong co-codamol when I did my shoulder and I didn't experience any effects with the co-codamol either, perhaps I just have a high tolerance.

I think if you had to stop taking them suddenly for a few days you'd get some sort of come down.

Nic i was on 1% cream (11.6 mg/g) and had effects.
Your does eventually build a little bit of resistance to the drug and my mother is in the process of weaning herself of them
