They were protesting at the uni I'm working at today. A crowd of them came marching down the street with banners and a megaphone chanting away. We all just laughed :lol:

People were taking pictures and there was a tv camera as well

What you got? I got 30/500 co-codamol and 50mg diclofenac. 2 cocodamol and 1 diclofenac and i was floating off to the clouds!

Make sure you get some physio for your shoulder, I found that because I didn't get it, I held it in the wrong position and the muscles healed wrong, which just lengthened the process and I have to go for two week intensive physio to correct it. Still occasionally get pain a year later!

Had my right knee rebuilt & didn't adhere to the physios advice, suffered for years as a result.

Oh god don't say that! I've never broken a bone and considering the stupid things I do I see that as an achievement, thought i'd got away with this 1 but the doctor did recommend physio to stop any future problems.

I used to work at the private hospital just down the road from me, seem to remember them giving an ex employee sessions of physio for a tenner a go instead of £45. Will on the sly see if the same applies still :)

Use a new sharp razor, warm water to wash your face, good shaving gel like King of Shaves, shave with the growth. wash then apply aftershave balm

And dont forget to rinse your face in cold water to close your pores afterwards! You missed that bit out :p
