Lunch - homous and crudite and melba toast with two mullerlight yogs - yup the diet starts today and the low carbs seem to make a difference. Got to look good. L - you know what i mean

On saturday I had Mcdonalds for breakfast/lunch, donner meat and chips for tea before I went out and then another portion of donner meat and chips when I got home. Last night when I went out drinking again with my mates I had a mid session snack of donner meat. Today I have had a sausage roll already. I'm going to get fat and I'm going to die young.
