Also got F all in cardio and the smokes actually increased my lung capacity 10% (bizarrely)

Guess who's knee is arthritic!

Despite being swollen and sore, I've got myself signed back as my brain was turning to mush.
Been back since Wednesday and apart from the throbbing knee I'm sooooooooo glad to be back to work.
Mainly because since January when I hurt it, I've barely been on the bike.

Just got in and almost forgot how flipping ace it is owning/riding a bike.:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D

i stretched 154 out of it at the weekend, you rarely use the power range as the mid is really torque'y so you can get some good miles out of it, 87 was my worst, its certainly thirsty if you crack the throttle back
