Na I'm not that bad. I hate seeing bikes on their side. Riders too :)
Yup when I made a mini fimo model of a bike it fell on its side when I was firing it, and it made me feel uneasy seeing it like that. Bikes on their sides are just wrong.

Good luck fizz with the meeting, best to get what you want straight in your head so you know what you want to come out of the meeting with. (sorry I dont mean to teach you to suck eggs)
I know what I want. I want some repsonsibility back and some autonomy ( sp )
I work in a team of people who apart from 1 guy, dont seem to want to make any decisions and we spend hours in meetings going around and around and are not getting anywhere. I want to remove that blocker so we can get going. Its almost like putting my neck on the line, but I feel sometimes that its better to make a decision even if its the wrong one rather than procrastinate and not get anything done.
We'll see tomorrow what he says. I think I know. I think he is waiting for somebody to step up internally and make a decision for him.
I might of course be about to comit career suicide !

Time to be bold I think. It'll either work or it wont. If it doesnt nothing ventured nothing gained. I am conscious of the fact that I dont know if its appropriate for me to even be bringing this up with him and have told him that already and he still wants to talk to me, so cant be all that bad.

Having had a boyfriend once that lived 5000 miles away in Oregon (give or take a little)...can I just say that a 4 hour round trip is nothing. I used to have a 44+ hour round trip to visit that buggar!
