I know... I've given them more notice than needed as well, as what I said to Drew, I can't give them a month only and maybe mean that my friends don't get paid in Jan!

They have till the 10th to get somebody to start on the 13th december. That's when I will start December payroll that is when I can train somebody to use the system.... after that it's down to them!

I feel happy when I'm talking to people about leaving, however when I have time to think I'm worrying about it! lol

Never mind it's the right thing! I know it is...

I have decided I better look for a new job before my friend goes on maternity leave because I don't think I will cope without her! I have about another 6 months yet though. :)
