Well today i was given tablets for my chest infection, 3 a day, and sleeping tablets which can cause drowsiness next day :thumright:

Think ill try the sleeping pills tomorrow night, want to ride my bike to work tomorrow and hopefully get its new boots fitted

Just take one. If you have no trouble sleeping normally then that should be enough to knock you out :)

yeh that's a half dose which is why he has told you to take two to begin with. The usual dose is 7.5mg, they gave me the half dose of 3.75 cos I asked for it for the sake of being alert for work. Never felt any effects the next morning from just one. To be fair, it neve worked with just the half dose.
