Today, I will be mostly working on some CV's for some lovely orgers, doing housework and going to the farm shop to stock up on veg...it's soup time. After the Courgette and Brie soup as a starter last night, Dan and I have decided that to help our fat shifting efforts, we will have more soups as I don't ever use cream. My soups are always uber healthy so I think tonight might be a tomato, red lentil and cumin soup. Not sure yet, will do a little test and see if the flavours work together first, but they should. Think I might also try a baked white onion and roasted garlic soup??? Two new ones for me and the second is a bit of an experiment, so we'll see.
