Back. That took an hour and a half! It was mega busy then she messed up my needle so had to get another one, new labels, paperwork etc.

The nurses are always like "are you ok?" " are you feeling ok?" "you look a little pale" when I give blood. Got some nice biccys though :)

i was in 170's at the weekend, pulling away and up over the bridge was hard going and where i kept loosing time, fastest lap was 29.607 secs and the lap record there was 27. something secs........... i was driving like a ****** and taking no prisoners mind :)..... got black flagged on qualifying :smt109

haha!! i did see one bloke whipe out on teh straight, straight into the wall, they had to end the race..... we burst out laughing when we saw he was ok lol........... its funny, its really dangerous but you jsut laugh about it, the bloke that crashed got out limping and laughing

we had propper slicks on these was very grippy, tyres were beading
