Yep, chopped up or sliced thickly and fried in a combination of butter and oil usually. Personally, I like mine fried with chopped pork belly. It doesn't burn as bacon or panchetta would with the same cooking time and gives an amazing flavour!

my mate on his brand new 2 week old R6 gets taken out by some chav pulling out in front of him and dislocates his shoulder, 3 witnesses and the police backing up that it was the drivers fault, £4700 worth of damage to the brand new bike, my mate says "i'll forget suing the drive for my shoulder but in return want a new bike not repairs" and they refuse?!

how is that fair, that new bike is no longer new and now ****ed up??

Just when your eyes are really heavy and you know you have to be up in the next 4 hours but you cant get comfortable, not even enough to just rest for an hour or so.

I refuse to take sleeping tablets so I just put up with it

Yeh, I am pretty much the same. They gave me sleeping tablets but I asked them to keep doseage low so they didn't really work for me.

I wont take anything now, not even paracetamol, after I got a mild addiction to morphine when I was in hospital for 2 months.

Lack of sleep doesnt really effect me though.

Im still very much a morning person. Im chirpy whatever really :D
